## Control What Customers Can Do

You can decide which self serve actions customers can use.

Go to:

**SubscriptionSuite → Growth Tools → Customer Portal**

Turning an option off removes that action from the Customer Portal and prevents the customer from using it.

### Schedule

#### Pause & Resume

Let customers pause their subscription and resume it later.

#### Skip a Delivery

Let customers skip their next scheduled delivery.

#### Delay a Delivery

Let customers move their next delivery to a later date.

Only that delivery moves. Future deliveries continue on the normal schedule.

#### Change Delivery Frequency

Let customers change how often their subscription is billed and shipped.

***

### Products

#### Swap Products

Let customers change the product in their subscription.

#### Add One Time Items

Let customers add a one time product to their next subscription order.

This option is off by default.

***

### Account

#### Edit Shipping Address

Let customers update the shipping address used for their subscription.

#### Cancel Subscription

Let customers cancel their subscription themselves.

> Some regions require customers to be able to cancel subscriptions themselves. Check the consumer protection rules that apply to your store before disabling this option.
