# Shopify POS Integration

## Sell & Manage Subscriptions

SubscriptionSuite lets you sell subscriptions directly from **Shopify POS**, manage existing customer subscriptions in store, and track which staff members are bringing in the most subscribers.

No coding is required.

### What You Can Do With POS

With SubscriptionSuite on Shopify POS, you can:

* Sell subscriptions directly at the register
* Sell subscription products as gifts
* Look up and manage a customer's subscriptions
* Skip, pause, resume, cancel, or change subscription frequency
* Add one time products to a customer's next subscription order
* Swap subscription products
* Track subscription signups by staff and location

***

## 1. Add SubscriptionSuite to Your POS

The **Subscriptions** section on a customer's POS profile appears automatically once SubscriptionSuite is installed.

However, the **Subscription** and **Staff leaderboard** tiles need to be added to your Shopify POS Smart Grid.

#### From Shopify POS

1. Open your **Shopify POS** home screen.
2. Tap **Add tile** or the **+** tile.
3. Select **Subscription** or **Staff leaderboard**.
4. Tap **Save**.

2. Open the **POS app editor**.
3. Select the Smart Grid layout.
4. Choose **Add tile → Embedded apps**.
5. Select **Subscription** or **Staff leaderboard**.

Your SubscriptionSuite dashboard also shows your overall in store subscription performance, including subscriptions sold, revenue, active subscribers, and location breakdowns.

## Important Things to Know

* **Shopify Payments must be enabled** to sell subscriptions through POS.
* Subscription sales accept **card and digital wallet payments only**.
* Subscription orders can ship to **one address only**.
* Gift subscriptions require a customer to be added to the sale.
* Refunds go back to the **original card**.
* Exchanges on subscription items aren't available at the register.
* Some products may be **subscription only**.
* Simply viewing a customer's subscriptions does not make any changes.
