# Loyalty Program
SubscriptionSuite lets you reward customers in two ways:
• **Spend Based Loyalty** based on how much a customer spends\
• **Delivery Based Loyalty** based on how many subscription orders they complete
Rewards are automatically applied when customers reach the milestone.
Go to:
**SubscriptionSuite → Loyalty**

### Spend Based Loyalty
Spend Based Loyalty rewards customers when they reach a certain spending milestone.
This loyalty program is managed globally from the **Loyalty** page.
#### Create a Spend Milestone
Click **Add milestone** and set:
• Amount the customer needs to spend\
• Milestone name\
• Reward
Example:
**Spend $1,000 → Get 10% off**
You can create multiple milestones as customers spend more.

### Choose Qualifying Purchases
Under **Qualifying purchases**, You can also exclude specific:
• Collections\
• Products
Excluded purchases will not count toward loyalty spend.

### Choose What Counts Toward Spend
Under **Applies to**, choose which purchases count toward loyalty progress.
You can include:
• Subscription orders : If only this is checked, Only Subscription Orders will be counted towards the Achievement.\
• One time orders : If this is checked, Only One time orders would count.\
• Shipping : If this is checked, then SHIPPING prices would also be added to the achievement.\

NOTE: If all the three are checked then EVERY order would count towards the Milestone.

### Spend Expiration
Choose when a customer’s **loyalty spend progress** should reset.
Their total amount spent can still be shown, but once the selected expiry period is reached, their spend toward the **next loyalty milestone starts again from $0**.
Available options:
• **Never expires**\
Loyalty spend keeps accumulating and does not reset.
• **12 months after it was spent**\
Eligible spend is counted for 12 months. After it expires, loyalty progress starts counting again from $0.
• **At the end of each year (Jan 1)**\
Loyalty progress resets on January 1 each year and starts counting again from $0.
• **Custom length**\
Set your own period after which loyalty spend progress resets.

### Customer Progress
Use **Customer lookup** to search for a customer and check their loyalty progress.
The page also shows your **Top spenders** so you can quickly see customers with the highest eligible spend.

## Delivery Based Loyalty
Delivery Based Loyalty rewards subscribers based on the number of successful subscription orders they complete.
Unlike Spend Based Loyalty, **Delivery Based Loyalty is configured separately for each Selling Plan.**
The Loyalty page shows:
• Plan name\
• Status\
• Number of loyalty tiers

### Manage Delivery Based Loyalty
Click **Manage per plan** to open your Selling Plans.
You can also click the **Plan name** to go directly to that specific Selling Plan.
From the Plan page, configure the Loyalty Bonus for that subscription.
> Delivery Based Loyalty is managed from the individual Selling Plan, not directly from the Loyalty page.
