# Integrations

SubscriptionSuite connects with popular marketing, automation, customer support, and developer tools to help you manage subscriptions more efficiently.

These integrations let you automate customer communication, track subscription activity, improve support, and connect SubscriptionSuite with the tools you already use.

Go to **SubscriptionSuite → Integrations** to explore the available integrations.

### Available Integrations:

#### SubscriptionSuite Email

SubscriptionSuite's built-in email system keeps customers informed about renewals, payment issues, skipped orders, and other important subscription activity.

Built-in emails are active by default, and you can choose which notifications to send.

#### Klaviyo

Send subscription events and customer information to Klaviyo to create automated email campaigns, customer segments, and retention flows.

#### Omnisend

Connect Omnisend to sync subscription activity and customer information, helping you create targeted email campaigns.

#### Drip

Send subscription lifecycle events and subscriber tags to Drip to build personalized email automations.

#### Gorgias

View customer subscription information directly inside the Gorgias ticket sidebar, helping your support team assist subscribers without switching between apps.

#### Zapier

Connect SubscriptionSuite with thousands of other applications through Zapier.

Automate workflows using events such as new subscriptions, renewals, subscription changes, and failed payments.

#### Meta Conversions API

Send recurring order purchase events to Meta to improve advertising attribution and help measure the value of subscription renewals.

#### Shopify Flow

Use Shopify Flow to automate tasks based on subscription events.

Create custom workflows using subscription triggers and actions.

#### Storefront JS API

Access subscription plans, pricing, and shopper selections through JavaScript to build customized storefront experiences.

This developer tool requires approval before use.

### Managing Your Integrations

The Integrations page lets you view and manage all your available connections.

You can filter integrations by:

* **All:** View every available integration.
* **Connected:** View integrations you've connected.
* **Disconnected:** View integrations that are not connected.

To set up an integration:

1. Go to **SubscriptionSuite → Integrations**.
2. Find the integration you want to use.
3. Click **Connect** or **Configure**, depending on the integration.
4. Follow the instructions to complete the setup.

Some integrations, such as Shopify Flow, have their own setup options.
