# Activity Log

The Activity Log gives you a complete record of important activity happening across your subscriptions and customers.

It helps you understand **what happened, who it happened to, where the action came from, whether it succeeded, and when it happened**.

Go to:

**SubscriptionSuite → Activity Log**

### What You Can See

Each activity includes:

• **Event:** What happened, such as a successful charge, subscription cancellation, delivery frequency change or store credit issued\
• **Customer / Subscription:** The customer or subscription connected to the activity\
• **Source:** Where the action came from, such as Shopify, Admin, Customer Portal, API, POS or Shopify Flow\
• **Outcome:** Whether the action was successful\
• **When:** The date and time the event happened

You can also open the related subscription directly from the log when available.

### Search and Filters

Use the Activity Log filters to narrow down what you want to review.

You can:

• Search by customer, email or subscription\
• Focus on customer facing activity\
• Filter by category\
• Filter by source\
• Choose a time period

Categories cover different parts of SubscriptionSuite such as lifecycle changes, billing, payment retries, out of stock events, loyalty, shipping, retention offers, tagging, automated swaps, store credit and checkout links.

### Time Filters

You can quickly view activity from:

• All time\
• Last 24 hours\
• Last 7 days\
• Last 30 days\
• Last 90 days

This makes it easier to investigate recent changes or review older subscription activity.

### Export Activity

Click **Export CSV** to download your activity log for reporting or further review.

### Why Use the Activity Log?

The Activity Log is useful when you want to check what happened with a subscription, understand who or what triggered a change, investigate customer questions, or review activity across your store.

It gives you one place to see the history of important subscription events without checking each subscription individually.
